Doctors cannot register to Medical staff. Medical staff category is applied to nurse, pharmacists, technicians and so on.

    *If you already have a login ID and password for LaCool system, please use them to log in.
    *If you forget the login ID and password, please reset them through "Click here if you forget your password" or "Click here if you forget your login ID".

  • URL is sent to your email address to set up Login ID and password.

  • Please select your registration category and other options.

  • Please choose a payment method (credit card).
    *Pending registration is automatically cancelled after 1 hour unless a payment method is selected.

  • Confirmation letter and receipt can be printed out when the payment is confirmed.



Method of payment

Confirmation / Receipt

The Confirmation Letter and Receipt can be printed out through the "On-line Registration" page when you complete the payment.
- Confirmation Letter can be printed out repeatedly by the end of the conference. - Receipt is downloadable only once. Please inquire the Registration Desk if you fail to print out.


Sendai Tanabata Fire Works

There is Sendai Tanabata Festival held in Sendai from August 6 to 8, during the conference. The 47th Sendai Tanabata Fireworks Festival is scheduled on the previous night, August 5. We are now calling for visitors to this spectacular fireworks display which is known as one of the top 3 in the area. We offer special seats (table & chair) with a great view of fireworks to those who participate in the conference and the family. Don’t miss it. There are not so many chances you can view such splendid fireworks!
The reservation is available online. Please click “On-line Registration” at the bottom to book.

Tickets; Special price 3,500 yen/person

Food and beverage are not included in the ticket.

Tickets can be picked up at the conference venue on the day.

We only have a limited number of the seats.

Tickets are not refundable. It will be held even if it is little rain, and it will be postponed in the case of heavy rain.


Cancellation Policy

Cancellation must be notified to the registration desk in writing either by email or fax.
The amount of refund depends on the date of cancellation received.
Until May 12, 2016 (JST: GMT+9): 50% Refund
After May 13, 2016 (JST: GMT+9): No Refund
※There will be no refunds issued after May 13, 2016.
